Live CPD Training Events

Practical, psychologically informed training for professionals working with grief, bereavement and neurodivergence.

Our live workshops take one subject at a time and explore it properly. We look at what’s happening, what can easily be missed, and what good support looks like in practice. Delivered online, with practical examples, discussion and approaches you can take straight back into your work.

Upcoming Live Training:

Understanding and Supporting Neurodivergent Grief

Neurodivergent people may experience, process and express grief in ways that are easily misunderstood.

This practical workshop explores how neurodivergence can shape the experience of grief, what professionals might overlook, and how support can be adapted to fit the person rather than expecting everyone to respond in the same way.

We’ll explore emotional processing, alexithymia, rejection sensitivity, shutdown and overwhelm, sensory and cognitive load, and practical ways to adapt support.

Suitable for counsellors, therapists, healthcare professionals, bereavement practitioners and others supporting people through grief and loss. No specialist knowledge of neurodivergence is required.

Workshop details:

  • Wednesday January 6th 2027
  • 11.00am – 1.30pm (UK)
  • Live online delivery via Microsoft Teams
  • £50 per person
  • CPD certificate of attendance included
