We build our training around your needs

If you are:

A customer service focused organisation, we can train your staff to champion your brand’s profile, by being grief aware when dealing with customers.

A voluntary organisation providing services to the community, we can help you build a volunteer base that is grief-informed and supportive.

An institution that attends to groups with complex needs, such as those in the judiciary system, the homeless, or those dealing with substance misuse issues, we can educate your staff on how to identify grief triggered behaviour, and equip them to provide safer specialised support

A corporation with many employees, who want to improve human resource policies, increase employee retention and decrease absenteeism, and raise productivity, we can help you create a grief awareness audit, and tailor a training programme that will be most effective for your goals and needs.

Our Training Model

  • In-person or online training, led by experienced trainers
  • Guided self-learning combined with trainer delivered sessions. This is a flexible, modular way of learning, designed for busy lives
  • During trainer led sessions we “real-play” the skills, consolidating your learning, and building confidence for facing real world conversations
  • Peer-to-peer and trainer support, available in a closed, secure online forum, accessible both during training, and post-training, so you can continue to connect and learn
  • Scaleable and tailor-made training solutions that fit your organisation’s needs, using innovative learning platforms. Our approach is personal, and so are the services we offer
Learning Management System
  • Our LMS allows us to scale delivery, maintain focus and quality, innovate and support, all within a budget. It’s an ideal system to cascade knowledge throughout all levels of your organisation. Self-paced learning provides flexibility around commitments.
  • LMS & Tutor Led is our preferred delivery, and has been tried and tested. This subject is emotive, especially our specialist modules like bereavement by suicide. The LMS course is sandwiched with tutor led sessions, consolidating and expanding on the material delivered.
  • We deliver in-person training at your location, which can then be built upon by peer support in our closed forums, or additional LMS delivered continuous professional development.
