We will give you a deeper understanding of your grief, and the grieving journey.  Alongside these insights, we will be teaching and practicing mindfulness techniques, and focusing on how you can utilise breath and movement to help with trauma, anxiety, shame and self-esteem. As well as being led by experienced and skilled trainers, you will also be supported from your peers, a powerful, lifechanging experience.
